What payment methods are accepted online?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by law to charge sales tax in the following states: AR, AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Please note that state sales tax is subject to change and that some states charge tax on freight in addition to merchandise.

Can I place a tax-exempt order or purchase order on your website?

Tax-exempt orders can only be submitted on our website if you register for a School PO account. Purchase orders and tax-exempt orders, with a copy of the tax exempt certificate included, can also either be faxed to Carson Dellosa Education at 800-535-2669 or mailed to:

Please note that by law, faxed or mailed orders cannot be exempt from tax unless we have a copy of the tax exempt certificate on file.

Is my personal information safe on your site?

Carson Dellosa Education prides itself on the knowledge that our customers can shop with confidence on our website. We use industry-standard encryption technology and secure commerce servers to ensure that your personal information is safe online. We realize that there are often concerns about how the information provided online will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information you provide us to process your order and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

Is ordering online secure?

The application process requires a contact email address for the account. This is the email address to be used for all emails regarding the account and placing orders. The account set-up email, which includes the Account ID, will be generated to the email on record. The school contact will need to set up a password and security question. This question will be asked if the school contact forgets the password and wishes to reset it online. The school contact can also call 1-800-321-0943 to request a new password. The password will reset to a generic number, and an email will be generated to the email address on file. The school contact can use this password to access the account and then change it to a password of their choice. Only the school contact will receive the information to change the password. Another person can only access the account if they are given the ID and password by the contact listed on the account.

When should I expect to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped via the most efficient carrier and type of service selected. Shipping and handling times are approximate and not guaranteed.

Please allow in-stock orders 7–10 business days for standard delivery and 3–5 business days for express delivery.

Post Office Box addresses, AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO and U.S. territories will ship U.S. Mail. Allow 3–4 weeks for standard shipping.

How do I know that my order went through?

You will receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout or registration.

If you do not receive confirmation and your email address is listed correctly in your account information, please email us or call 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST for assistance.

Can I change my billing or shipping address when I place an order?

Yes, you have the option to add new billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process.

I have placed an order that I want to cancel. Can I cancel it? If so, how?

We understand that minds change sometimes. If you'd like to cancel an order, we can go ahead and do so for you if the order has not already been processed.

If it has already been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. But, once you receive your package in the mail, you can go ahead and return it back to us.

All requests for returns should be directed to Carson Dellosa Education Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees.

Make sure to enclose a copy of your packing slip with a note indicating if you would like an exchange or refund. All returns must be marked with a return authorization number.

Please note that all special offer sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for product in this category. eBook and Printable purchases are nonrefundable.

What if I have problems placing an order?

When will I receive my backorder?

Your backorder(s) will ship as soon as merchandise becomes available in inventory. There is no shipping charge on backordered items. If you have any questions on the availability of an item, please call Customer Service at 800-321-0943.

Can I place an International order online?

Only digital orders (eBooks and Printables) can be placed internationally at this time.

Orders that require shipping can only be placed to an address within the United States (and territories) and Canada. For international orders, please call 336-632-0084, ext. 3105 or email: webhelp@carsondellosa.com for a dealer in your country.

Note to our Canadian Customers

Canadian Customs will apply additional customs charges and other fees for importation. These charges are not created by or paid to Carson Dellosa and are the sole responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued for customers refusing delivery on orders due to customs charges. To avoid these charges, use our Store Finder for a store in your area.

Can I place an order that will ship to a Military APO or FPO address?

Yes. Shipments to Military APO or FPO addresses will be sent via U.S. Mail. Please allow at least 3–4 weeks for delivery.

What is Carson Dellosa Education's return policy?

We guarantee our products unconditionally. All requests for returns should be directed to Carson Dellosa Education Customer Service within 30 days of receipt. In order to receive a refund, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance and must be received within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. You should expect to receive your refund within 4–8 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. If your return request includes a credit to your credit card, please allow 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

What if I receive a damaged package or defective/missing items?

Call Carson Dellosa Education Customer Support at 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–7:00 pm, EST. To ensure quick processing, please have your packing slip available or the SO# from the label on your package. If possible, sign for the package as damaged upon receipt from the carrier.

How do I add my email to your mailing list?

We'd love to be e-pals! Add your email address to our mailing list for the latest product releases, promotions, and more!

How can I be removed from the mailing list?

We’re sad that you no longer want to receive our catalogs—but we understand. To be removed from our catalog mailing list, please email your request to webhelp@carsondellosa.com To ensure we have all the information needed for removal, please provide the full name and address as it appears on the catalog(s) along with the mailing code. Multiple listings can be faxed to 1-800-535-2669 with a note for removal.

To be removed from our email list you may manage your subscriptions on our site or email Customer Care (webhelp@carsondellosa.com) with your request for removal. Make sure you supply the email address where you are receiving our emails.

Do you sell gift certificates?

We do not offer gift certificates for purchase at this time.

I'd like to place a large order—how do I get a quote?

Are you looking for more information on large order pricing? We would love to give you a FREE quote—simply select "add to quote" on the product page(s) you are interested in ordering. Once you've added the products you're interested in, you may then submit you quote. You can find your quote under the Account drop-down menu.

You can also email us at quotes@carsondellosa.com. Make sure to include the email address that's best for your organization and which items you'd like to purchase. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

How do I find my ID or password?

The Account # is provided on the account confirmation email. The initial password is set up by the applicant in the account application. If you forgot your password, please go to Sign In and select the Forgot Password link. If you need assistance with your account, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-321-0943.

Where do I find my account information?

  1. Click 'Sign In' in the grey bar at the top of the website (or click here).
  2. In the 'Already Registered? Sign In' section, enter your account number (provided in the registration confirmation email) and the password you created during sign-up, then click 'Sign In'.
  3. Upon a successful sign-in, you will be presented with your 'My Account' page, where you can access all of your account details: manage billing and shipping addresses; manage credit cards; adjust email preferences; manage your email address and password; and view order history.

If you are already signed in, simply click your name at the top right of the website (or click here).
