We are currently hiring for:

B2B Digital Marketing Manager, Remote

We are looking for a B2B Digital Marketing Manager who can tackle the full breadth of tasks related to driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our business mainly in our business-to-school development effort. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of digital marketing capacities for B2B, as well as have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, test hypotheses, think creatively, and be a self-starter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B Digital Content Marketing Strategy and Calendar
  • Plan, create, and execute digital creative campaigns to inform, engage, and increase brand awareness. This may include ads, emails, 3rd party partner media, etc.
  • Be the marketing champion of our marketing automation (InboxGuru) and CRM (NetSuite) platforms
  • Execute CRM strategy, lead acquisition campaigns and email marketing efforts
  • Manage customer list building, list maintenance, audience segmentation, and ensure data quality
  • Implement lead scoring and manage lead conversions through to Sales handoff
  • Research, identify, and test new lead acquisition channels
  • Analyze customer behavior to advise on new opportunities to acquire new, retain existing, and re-activate lapsed customers
  • Track and analyze results; report successes and/or identify gaps, recommending actions to improve results
  • Deploy web capture forms and integrate marketing automation tracking on B2B site(s) and pages on the B2C site
  • Manage website messaging and content by making updates and/or working with web developer
  • Optimize SEO and user experience for the B2B site(s) and applicable pages on B2C site
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to help develop externally facing content pieces including case studies, eBooks, landing pages, videos, articles, info sheets, etc.
  • Work with Customer Service and Technical teams to maintain B2B customers on B2C site
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, and present results
  • Establish and manage quarterly and annual key performance indicators and budgets to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics
  • Provide executive-level transparency to results
  • Support leadership with presentations to support quarterly reviews of campaign results
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support business objectives

Education/Experience Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation management
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with WordPress web sites
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Business-to-school/district experience is a plus
  • Highly organized, with good attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn and respond to new ideas and have a continual desire to do things better and make suggestions to optimize campaigns

Seasonal Assembly Associate in Greensboro, NC

Part-Time and Full-Time Seasonal Assembly Associates needed to start working ASAP. The Seasonal Assembly Associate assists with the assembly process within the collating functions of a team-oriented, fast-paced warehouse. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the assembly of product within the collating department
  • Assist with the packaging and boxing of assembled product
  • Work closely with the supervisor and lead in setting up tables for assemblers
  • Assist with the movement of completed product to designated areas using pallet jack

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Equivalent to a high school diploma
  • 3 months–1 year of related experience preferred
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements
  • Ability to count, read English, and follow documented procedures and standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and bend for 10 hours a day
  • Frequent light to moderate physical effort required; ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Manual dexterity as position requires reaching and grasping
  • Constant movement in and around the work area during shift

Seasonal Pick/Pack Associate in Greensboro, NC

SEASONAL Part-Time and/or Full-Time Pick/Pack Associates needed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Monday–Friday. Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. The Pick/Pack Associate performs the warehouse duties associated with picking and packing the company’s products in an accurate and timely manner.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily schedule set by the production planner
  • Accurately, neatly, and efficiently pick and pack customer orders
  • Meet established efficiency goals and department standards
  • Communicate with lead(s) on a daily basis
  • Position may require flexibility to change positions as needed and may require overtime and/or flexible work shifts

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Equivalent to a high school diploma
  • Up to 3 months of related experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Good vision, speaking and writing ability
  • Frequent light to moderate physical effort required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Manual dexterity
