We are currently hiring for:

Business Intelligence Analyst in Greensboro, NC

The Business Intelligence Analyst must be active in all areas of the BI life-cycle from collaborating with stakeholders in assessing business requirements to report delivery. This includes performing data analyst duties, modeling and architect duties, and ultimately report development/delivery. Ability to schedule and prioritize requests is critical to ensure key business requests are realized.

Master Data Management (MDM) governance. The successful candidate must be results-oriented, have exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work with various groups at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and tactical guidance with respect to business intelligence implementation and sustainment practices and within the organization
  • Play a variety of roles with a high degree of proficiency throughout a BI/DW project lifecycle: Solution Architect, Project Manager, Report Developer, Metadata Modeler, OLAP Developer, etc.
  • Participate in all phases of the enterprise data warehouse SDLC
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce data model design principles, techniques, standards, and best practices. Analyze requirements package and architect a data architecture/integration solution that is flexible, highly performing, scalable, and correctly manages business data/information.
  • Participate as key member of MDM, metadata, and data governance design, implementation, and maintenance activities
  • Develop data models and integration for MDM related software tools
  • Lead the formalization of documented processes, roles, and responsibilities supporting effective data entry, quality assurance, and continuous improvement in line with Master Data Management principals, supporting critical Business Systems

Experience

  • Solid SSIS, SSAS, SSRS and MDX experience
  • Solid knowledge in building and maintaining OLAP cubes in analysis services
  • Progressive experience in data analysis and architecture
  • Advanced understanding of data model design principles
  • Advanced understanding of ETL and data transformation techniques including experience on data cleansing techniques and project integration
  • Solid knowledge of BI and visualization methods and technologies
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise business intelligence solutions using IBM Cognos, Microsoft BI Suite, and SharePoint BI tool set
  • Working knowledge of major database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Teradata)
  • High-level proficiency in SQL programming and common query optimization techniques

Accounts Payable Clerk in Greensboro, NC

The Accounts Payable Clerk performs assigned duties to support and maintain goals for the Finance Department related to the accounts payable function.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, company credit cards, and expense reports
  • Process W-9s and 1099s
  • Process daily and lockbox deposits
  • Update daily cash register
  • Process returns
  • Maintain open communication with other departments involving issues with invoices
  • Assist with team and department projects
  • Process credit memos
  • Keep supervisor informed of problems or issues with vendors
  • Maintain professional relationship with vendors
  • Other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Education, Experience and Abilities:

  • High school diploma plus 1–2 years specialized training
  • 2–5 years of related experience
  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and exercise good judgment in decision making

Pick/Pack Associate in Greensboro, NC

The Pick/Pack Associate performs the warehouse duties associated with picking and packing the company’s products in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily schedule set by the production planner
    • Accurately, neatly, and efficiently pick and pack customer orders
  • Meet established efficiency goals and department standards
  • Remain knowledgeable of Added Value Service requirements
  • Remain knowledgeable of E-WMS and ERP systems
    • Inventory part numbers
    • Layout of the warehouse and pick zones
  • Communication with lead(s) on a daily basis
  • Position may require flexibility to change positions as needed and may require overtime and/or flexible work shifts

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Equivalent to a high school diploma
  • Up to 3 months of related experience
  • Competence in the operation of office and warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and operate computers and other company hardware and software
  • Frequent light to moderate physical effort required; ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Lead Digital Designer in Greensboro, NC

This new opportunity is focused on taking innovative digital experiences to the next level. The perfect creative talent for this position not only has an eye for superior graphic design, but should also infuse best practices of technology to create solutions. Working alongside strategists, online merchants, and brand and marketing teams, you will be an in-house digital solutions provider and thought leader, helping to leverage our in-house agency to be a force to be reckoned with. You will create high-quality visuals that are optimized and responsive, from concept to delivered good, and across multiple platforms. As a leader in the digital team, you will be a problem-solver and creative teacher while helping to shape the team and help in the day-to-day operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide variety of digital assets including emails, banners, Amazon A+ content, social media ads, homepages, landing pages, and site experiences led by best practices and optimization that are cutting-edge in design and function
  • Develop innovative, interactive solutions that leverage functionality to optimize engagement and user experience
  • Play an integral role in establishing the brand guide as it relates to digital assets, and work to maintain those rules for digital products created
  • Collaborate with team members, other departments, and stakeholders to create digital assets that are effective and useful
  • Be able to partner with outside agencies and freelancers as an extension of the team
  • Manage the quality and schedule of multiple projects throughout all phases
  • Possess high-level problem solving ability and be able to analyze and resolve issues
  • Be on the forefront of what can be done better. Collect and action UX feedback from customers/end users and manage changes to deliverables and make constructive suggestions for change and implement those findings to the digital design and content created. Conduct research studies and present findings that will inform improvements in the customer experience.
  • Mentor the team and manage less-experienced designers in department

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Marketing and eCommerce Digital Design
  • Experience creating content for Amazon
  • Expert level of optimization of web-based graphics and digital design, including knowledge of web browsers and their limitations
  • Be highly creative, tech-savvy, and able to develop concepts and carry out solutions quickly
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, website HTML/CSS, as well as innovative digital media tools, applications and platforms, including web, social, and mobile
  • Experience with Shogun, BigCommerce, and Adestra a plus
  • Video production, and film editing software a plus

Graphic Designer Intern in Greensboro, NC

The Graphic Design Intern performs assigned duties for developing viable design solutions to assigned projects with limited assistance. Solutions must meet project requirements and remain in accordance with Carson Dellosa style guidelines.

 Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill Image requests to meet requested spec requirements, upload and/or download, and manage distribution as needed by sales reps and department personnel
  • Upload and/or download design files, print mock-ups and copies as needed to support team when requested, and export files correctly based on end use and need. Scan markups and save to servers.
  • Create design pieces that meet marketing objectives, reinforcing the Carson Dellosa brand and corporate image. Projects include advertisements, social media images, catalogs, flyers, promotional pieces, sales support, such as fulfilling image requests, and other materials as necessary.
  • Maintain file organization and archives; keeping the servers up-to-date on a daily basis
  • Perform quality control on all documents prior to routing for approval, including, but not limited to: checking overall layout, ensuring images are properly placed, text is aligned consistently, fonts are used in a consistent and complimentary manner, and run spell check

Education, Experience, and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or nearing completion of design program and be in good academic standing
  • Experience in designing for digital media a plus
  • Knowledge of intermediate HTML & CSS skills a plus
  • Ability to work well within the team, other departments, and external agencies
  • Ability to multi-task within deadline-oriented environment
  • Possess strong communication skills and ability to utilize technology for other offices, departments, agencies, etc.
  • Competent in the operation of office and graphic design software
