Encourage a culture of kindness in the classroom any time during the year with this free and love-filled classroom management activity. Draw a hard on your classroom board of choice, then each time you or a student witness an act of kindness, tape a heart inside the large heart. Brainstorm some acts of kindness to give students an idea of what you are looking for. As a class, come up with a reward once they have filled the heart.
