How do I unsubscribe from Carson-Dellosa emails?

To unsubscribe from receiving Carson-Dellosa emails, simply follow the steps below:

    Locate the subscribed email address referenced at the bottom of the latest Carson-Dellosa email
Go to our Unsubscribe Form here
    Complete the form using the email address from the latest email
    Submit the form by selecting the "Unsubscribe" button

When I open my eBook, a dialogue box says the file is damaged. What do I do?

If your eBook is damaged, there may have been an interruption in the downloading process that caused the file to corrupt. To download your eBook again, visit the Digital Locker section of your account or follow the link located in your order confirmation email that will take you to the Download My eBook page. If, after downloading a second time, your eBook is still damaged, please contact Customer Service at 800-321-0943.

Can I edit an eBook?

No, all products on this site including eBooks are subject to the copyright of Carson-Dellosa Publishing and as such are not editable.

My computer crashed and I lost my eBook. Can I replace it?

 

If the eBook has been purchased within the past 30 days, you may log into your account and go to the Digital Locker section. Locate the eBook you would like to download and follow the instructions on the page. If you do not have an account, follow the link located in your order confirmation email, which will take you to the Download My eBook page.

 

 

I have tried to download from the link provided and/or from My Account and I still cannot download. What do I do now?

If the eBook has been purchased within the past 30 days, contact Customer Service at 800-321-0943, Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, EST, to make arrangements to forward your order confirmation email to them. Customer Service will then download your eBook and email it directly to you.

What should I do if my computer crashes or the power goes out while I am downloading my eBook?

Carson-Dellosa eBooks are available for download up to 30 days after the date of purchase. If while downloading your eBook the process is interrupted, you can simply download your eBook again. Visit the Manage eBooks section of your account or follow the link to your eBooks located in the order confirmation emails sent to you when the purchase was made. This link will take you to Download My eBook page where you can begin the downloading process again.

Can I download multiple eBooks together or just separately?

All eBooks must be downloaded individually. However, if you have an account with us, you may view all of your eBooks that are available for download by logging in and accessing the Digital Locker section through the My Account page.

If you do not have an account with us, you may access your available eBooks by following the link located in the order confirmation emails sent to you when the purchase was made. This link will take you to the Download My eBook page where you can begin the downloading process again.

I tried to download an eBook I purchased previously, but it indicates that it has expired. How can I get to the eBook?

Carson-Dellosa eBooks are available for download 30 days after the date of purchase. eBook downloads are unavailable after the expiration date.

What is Carson-Dellosa’s eBook return policy?
