How To:
Submit a Purchase Order
We accept Purchase Orders (POs) by fax, mail, and email only. Please only choose one method to send your PO or it may result in a duplicate order. We do not currently accept POs on the website or over the telephone.
Purchase Orders must include a school/company letterhead with a PO number and be signed by the person with purchasing authority, along with their name and title.

Set up an Online Account
- Click ‘Register’ in the top of the website or first menu item in mobile.
- Fill out the registration form, making sure to add the name of your school as well as all required fields.
- Click ‘Create Account’.
- You will be taken to your ‘My Account’ page where you can edit the details or use the navigation buttons to begin shopping.
- For Tax Exemption, click ‘Tax Exemption Request’ and fill out the details.
It may take up to 5 business days to verify and activate your account for tax exemption.
Only credit card orders can be submitted online. If you are wanting to create a Purchase Order, please see “Submit a Purchase Order” or “Request a Quote”.

Request a Quote
Click the “add to quote” button on the product page(s) you are interested in ordering. Once you’ve added the products you’re interested in, you may then submit your quote on the cart page. You can find your quote under the ‘Account’ drop-down menu.
You can also email us at quotes@carsondellosa.com. Make sure to include the email address that’s best for your organization and which items you’d like to purchase. We will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

Get Tax Exemption
With the Carson Dellosa Tax Exempt Program, members may be eligible to use their tax-exempt status to place an order when shipping to a school or business.
It may take up to 5 business days to verify and activate your account for tax exemption. You will be contacted by us when it is ready.

International Orders
Only digital orders (eBooks and Printables) can be placed internationally online at this time.
Orders that require shipping can only be placed to an address within the United States (and territories).
For international orders, please call 800-321-0943 or email quotes@carsondellosa.com for a dealer in your country. All international orders placed will be fulfilled by freight forwarders in the US.
