PARTICIPATION IN SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO WRITTEN POLICIES OF SCHOOL AND/OR SCHOOL DISTRICT (OR OTHER GOVERNMENT UNIT, AS APPLICABLE) AND/OR PRIVATE OR RELIGIOUS ENTITY OVERSEEING SCHOOL (AS APPLICABLE) WHERE TEACHER IS EMPLOYED ADDRESSING TEACHERS’ ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE AND WIN PRIZES IN PROMOTIONS SPONSORED BY THIRD PARTIES. ELIGIBILITY AND SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is offered by 3M Company Stationery Products Division and Carson-Dellosa Publishing, LLC ("Sponsors"), and is open only to current or active; certified or licensed teachers, age 18 years or older [age 19 in AL & NE] located in The United States and District Of Columbia ("D.C.") except that it is void in Rhode Island (“Eligible Participants”). Void outside of the United States and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsors (and members of their immediate families) and Sponsors’ respective parents, subsidiaries, service providers, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies and any others associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is not open to members of the general public. Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00:01 AM CT on June 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on September 30, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsors and judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, Eligible Participants can log onto www.createdecoratemotivate.com, click on the icon, banner or text link to access the Sweepstakes registration page, and follow the directions to enter the Sweepstakes. All Internet entries must be received and recorded by Sponsors’ computer (the official Sweepstakes time keeping device) by 11:59:59 PM CT on September 30, 2011. Eligible Participant must enter his/her full name, address, city, state, zip code, grade taught, birth year, e-mail address, and pick their favorite bulletin board. For details on how entry information may be used, see Sponsors’ terms of use/privacy policy at 3M Internet Privacy Policy or Carson-Dellosa Privacy Policy Statement. Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. All entry information submitted becomes the property of Sponsors. No robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated entries are permitted, all of which will be disqualified. Entries will be disqualified if they are incorrect, altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, garbled, illegible, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, late or unauthorized. Entries will not be returned.

PRIZES/ODDS: Twenty-five (25) Grand Prizes will be awarded to verified prize winners. The grand prize is a $300 gift certificate for the purchase of Carson-Dellosa products and a gift pack of 3M Scotch® products with a combined value of $200 (based on the 3M suggested retail value). Total approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $500. Any difference between the stated value and the actual retail value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Costs and expenses not stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Other restrictions may apply. Gift certificate component of Grand Prize is subject to terms and conditions of use as stated thereon, which may include expiration date (where lawful). Grand Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except in case of the unavailability of the Grand Prize, in which case Sponsors reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. If winner does not claim a Grand Prize as set forth in these Official Rules, such Grand Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected via a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received. The total ARV of all prizes is $12,500. The odds of winning depend on the number of all eligible entries received.

PRIZE DRAWING: Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries on or about October 3, 2011. Sponsors judging organization will attempt to notify potential Grand Prize winners by mail or overnight mail approximately ten days after drawing. The drawing and awarding of Grand Prizes will be conducted by Promotion Management Center ("PMC"), an independent judging organization. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within ten days of notification, or prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected. By accepting Grand Prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, photograph, biographical information and statements by Sponsors and their designees in advertising, trade and promotional materials and on their respective web sites without notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL RULES: Entries are void if defective, altered, forged or submitted via unauthorized channels, and Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual using such methods. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Sweepstakes, and determine winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsors. Notice of such action by Sponsors will be posted on the Web Site. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Web Site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents; persons attempting same will also be disqualified from the Sweepstakes (if applicable). In the case of dispute regarding Internet entries, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the Sweepstakes at actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. The failure of Sponsors to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsors believe, in their sole discretion, to be impairing the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and may be subject to legal action by Sponsors or their agents. Taxes on prizes, if any and any other costs not listed herein are the winners’ sole responsibility. No substitutions or exchange for cash will be allowed, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, other than that which may be offered by the prize manufacturer/provider.

DISCLAIMER/LIABILITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant and Grand Prize winners assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by the Sweepstakes, their participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, negligence, claims, actions, personal and bodily injury, death or disability, property damage or loss of damage of any kind and releases and holds harmless Sponsors, PMC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and the officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents of any of the foregoing entities (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any and all damages., Further, Releasees are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer or network malfunction, human or other error or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond their control, including inability to access any web site, submit entries or other disruption related to internet traffic, virus, bug or unauthorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer (or information stored thereon) from entrant’s access to the Sweepstakes Web Site or entry into the Sweepstakes; (d) printing or other errors appearing in the rules or other Sweepstakes materials; (e) misdirected or non-delivered entries/e-mails; (f) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web Site users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or (g) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Web Site.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION/GOVERNING LAW: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that the Sweepstakes is governed by the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, and all claims/causes of actions must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in state or federal court in Ramsey County, Minnesota. You further agree to the jurisdiction of such courts and that, in any claim/cause of action, your recovery will be limited to actual costs of participating in the Sweepstakes (if any) and that all other damages (including compensatory, consequential, incidental and punitive damages) are expressly waived.
